I don't understand where the definitions comes from at all.

No matter in who's favor the numbers of statistics are, rape is not something a person with a certain gender or skin colour does. It's the act of forced sex that counts.

Handjobs, fingering, objects in the anus or vagina and any kind of oralsex should be considered rape if forced.

Glad as hell I've never spent a dime on oxfords books.

In one of my old biology books at my old school it referred to flashers as males instead of using a gender neutral word.

That's fucked up. You'd think it would be obvious to anyone that rape is nonconsensual sex (or better said "penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person [the perpetrator, perhaps], without the consent of the victim") between any two people.
