I can tell you. Half of my foreskin was removed. The top of my penis feels like nothing while the bottom feels all nice. It's like your penis has a blanket.

I got circumcised when I was 18, had phismosis or however it's spelled. Jerking off felt more or less the same before and after. It's not a perfect comparison because of the inability to retract my foreskin, but I figure it's close enough.

I still hate how they do it to babies and think it's terrible.

I'm not, but it's horrible for me. I'm one of the few who's foreskins are to 'tight' to be pulled back all the way it's suppose to go. It's got a name, but I can't remember it. Maybe two thirds of the way down the 'head' before it becomes too tight and starts to hurt. Ever live in fear that you're going to tear yourself when you try to masturbate?

This also makes 'morning wood' and cleaning beneath the 'hoodie' during showers a painful affair, more often than not.

Feels bad, brothers. :(

I wouldn't be too worried that you're "missing" something after the fact - sexual stimulation is also a product of psychology, and many circumcised men are convinced they are not missing out. I'd say you should do the same. Confidence is a major play in stimulating yourself, and it doesn't help to think that you're missing the whole picture. From a psychological perspective, maybe you aren't - just convince yourself you aren't.

I only ask that as a result of you convincing yourself that you AREN'T missing the whole picture, you take this as a reason to advocate people do it to their kids before they're able to choose on their own. It's NOT "vestigial" - having that skin, I can tell you it makes a difference to the sensation when the glans is exposed and when it's not.

I am, so I don't really 'know' what I am missing in regards to pleasure.

I never really thought about not having foreskin, because I never saw another man's penis until I accidentally saw my grandfather's when he was urinating in some bushes while we were doing yard work.

It confused me at the time. I did some research on my own years later and figured it out.

Now, my fiance and I are hoping to have a boy in the future. I don't like the idea of body modification of any sort unless its purpose has a health oriented reasoning behind it. Circumcision, in my educated opinion, does not.

I expressed my views to my fiance, and she told me that it was easier to clean, and that 'it' looks better. Then she brought up how it will feel better for his sexual partners when he matures.

I tried to keep calm, and did mostly.

Cleanliness depends on the individual through proper hygiene. Vaginas are no different.

The appearance with foreskin shouldn't matter, considering the natural form of a penis is with foreskin. Plus, penises come in varieties of shapes and sizes, much like vaginas.

Sexual gratification of a son's future sexual partners should be dependent on his level of commitment to learning about mutual sexual enjoyment. As his father, it would be my duty to have numerous talks and explain things when warranted as he grows into a man. She is the one to have the same talks with her 3 daughters respectively.

Speaking of her daughters, and my future step-daughters, whom I love. I would never ask my fiance to have those girls genitally mutilated for appearance, decreasing sexual pleasure, or for increasing the sexual pleasure of their partners. That's appalling, and it genuinely upsets me.

I am not. However, I did feel embarrassed about it throughout almost the entirety of my teen years until I started having sex. I grew up thinking my junk would look silly and that no girl would ever want anything to do with it.

I think not only the practice of circumcision is wrong, but also the stigma that some girls are spoonfed about circumcision and how uncut dicks look gross. I remember when I was 15 or 16 and I was talking to a friend that I liked and she was saying how she thinks that she would never go near a guy with 'one of those gross dicks with skin on them'. My heart sank.
