Possibly, but technology is developed primarily to increase quality of life and survival. That's kind of moot without women

How would schooling change?

It would be geared towards men's strengths instead of women's.

How would the physical world look after time?

No way of knowing.

This honestly seems like a trap, but if it really is for a project, it almost seems you're asking us to do your work for you.

It would be fairly speculative to try to determine how the world would be if women suddenly disappeared. Most of history and society was based on complimentary aspects of each sex.

It would be largely the same.

Be sexist for a moment. Imagine youre at a university. Men built the buildings. Men laid the foundations, founded the steel, wrestled the very ore from the earth, they paved the roads, dug the ditches for the pipes, built and designed the machines that moved the earth, etc. The bricks, the mortar, the cement, the metal, the windows, everything. Everything that you can see at a university was put there by some man. Men then also filled it with ideas. Nearly every single political and economic system would be that way.

Since the invention of birth control is really the only time ever that women could free themselves of their biology and join these systems. So its really only in the last three or four decades that they have been influenced by women in any appreciable way. So its easy to say what these systems would look like w/o women...they would look like they do. Thats not mysoginistic...thats just the way it was and it couldnt have been any other way.

If there were only women and no men, then some of them would have done the same thing. If men had babies and were therefore bound by their biology and if women were physically stronger on this planet instead of the other way around then again women would have done the exact same thing and then there would be an absence of men in those systems.

I've written about this before actually. However, I only have 8 working fingers right now so you get copy and paste:

Yes, now you are demonstrating understanding the biology which is the core of the problem. Male ideals: equity, create civilization by giving people something to aspire towards and giving them the desire to achieve.

Female ideals: equality, work well for the family but work horrendously for any social construction. Why achieve when you are only barely, if at all, benefiting yourself?

Could we have gotten to this point without women? Of course not. We need women to take care of childrearing so that men can do what they do best (advance civilization) and we need women to motivate men to do said advancement (seek marriage). Without women it doesn't advance nearly as quickly.

But without men it doesn't even get off the ground.

See, you have a deep desire to want "equality".. men and women to be equal. And they are, if given a hypothetical set of all possible problems that need solutions.. men and women would come out equal. But we do not live in such a world... we have a limited set of problems that need to be solved. Men and male thinking solve the majority of those problems more effectively than women and female thinking.

The androgynous fantasy is the biggest lie ever. Men and women are not equal. Everything you listed after "However:" other than the last sentence is testament to that. Women are much much more valuable in some situations, men are much much more valuable in others. Your very words that you believe in enough to respond to me disavow your own belief in equality between men and women.

Other than that last sentence... where your desire to believe trumps your knowledge and beliefs. Funny how that works, eh?

Without the gender roles as defined historically… we wouldn’t be a civilization in the first place.

Civilization: Men’s greatest and most unappreciated gift to women…. that they want “payback” for.

Civilization would never of existed without women either.

But let’s give up Political Correctness and examine WHY that is so:

Because men are motived by women. Men are motivated by obtaining sex, probably the strongest biological drive among men and what causes them to take risks to obtain greatness so that they can obtain what they feel is the “best” women.

If we had a civilization with just men, sex robots, and artificial wombs, we wouldn’t get much farther either. Likely collapse just the same under those conditions.

But let’s compare that to our current situation: sex is cheap because women are wanting to be like men… and what are men doing in reaction to that social change?

“Guyland” ring a bell? All the articles on “the perpetual adolescent man” ring a bell?

And that’s why societies who’s women reject their traditional roles dies a slow death: they no longer motivate men to achieve greatness in the same proportion.. numbers or level. There is no longer as much need for men to do so.

That’s why feminism is so destructive to a society. Men and women now compete to fill the male role instead of working together to create a advancing society.

Teamwork, people… teamwork.

It's pretty obvious you're trolling. Looking for someone to say a joke you can take out of context, someone victimise to say something bitter for you to take and paint us all as predators.

I'm going to have to assume you mean in some sort of sci-fi scenario.

In that case people would begin to have same sex relationships. Transsexuals would be popular. Scientists would work on a way to make more people - which would determine if we'd continue or end as a species. Given enough time men would segregate into child-rearers and workers. Unless the government decided to take over procreation - given it's importance and cost (I'd assume it would be expensive).

Men don't fantasize about a world w/o women. If for some reason all the woman on the planet were to die, men would devout countless resources to geneticists to bring them back and would face minimal if any political resistance to do so.

I would like to think that a world of women would go to the same effort for men, but from what I have see from feminism, I am not confident about it.
