Did anyone else notice the part that says

Court documents state Weinblatt watched a 12-year-old girl change clothes on four different occasions in October

How would they notice the first time and do nothing?

This case doesn't make any sense, unless you assume that the girl knew he was watching her change, and repeatedly chose to change in front of the same window where she would be watched.

The real shame: the guy's a pediatrician, and was accused of looking at an underage girl. Regardless of the outcome of the case, his career is likely over.

I love how they will take any excuse to seize a computer these days so they can try to find more dirt on you. I can't even fathom how a judge would sign a warrant to seize a computer because someone looked out a window...

I too think this is stupid, though he could actually have been peeping. This seems like one of those difficult cases where it is going to be the word of one against the word of another. It is entirely possible he was walking by his window and looked out innocently, as well as it is possible he looked on purpose. Though the question must be asked is he responsible for the girl not closing her blinds. This case will be a cluster-****.
