I once had a friend who told me she was thinking of keeping the used condom and doing basically the same thing because she thought her boyfriend was going to leave her. I told her she was insane and I was pretty sure doing that is extremely illegal. Sadly if she had done it, nobody would have believed the guy.

He's not the only one this has happened to, by far. Its getting to the point where it is in a man's best interests to immediately contaminate the sperm in the condom before throwing the condom away, or give it a good rinse before discarding it. I've seen a case not too long ago involving the non-consensual use of frozen embryos years after a divorce. It is fucked up what men have to deal with in terms of this sort of thing.

I'm glad someone found this. I heard this on the radio and I am aghast that the girlfriend hasn't broken any laws. Now two children will never live a normal life, a man will forever have an anchor on his hopes and dreams. What a mess. Unless he wins the law suit, the only person who didn't come out ahead is the man in question. Ugh, what a mess.

And what's truly fucked up is that some guy could put something far worse than hot sauce in a used condom...and whose fault would it be if the woman got hurt by it; the man for using the substance or the woman for picking up the "discarded (rigged)" condom?

Strangely enough, it would probably be judged in the same manner as if a person used a lethal/harmful trap method to protect their home or vehicle (i.e. electrocution traps, under-carriage flame ejectors, etc....); "your right to protect yourself ends when it harms another person, even if that other person is attacking you."

Sad and pathetic....
