Even though this article was only published yesterday, notice how many comments it already has from all the dudes who were railroaded onto sex offender lists, the mothers of sons who got thrown under the bus, friends who describe what happened to their buddies. It's really sad..

I have often thought the men's movement would not really take off until lots of everyday women got involved, appalled at what is being done to the men in their lives.

The problem was when the legal language changed from rape to "offender".

We have ever-expanding legal definitions because the media wants an epidemic and politicians want a crisis to solve. Manufacture the crisis with an expanded definition, and you have media coverage and political power.

And it doesn't stop with crime, we have an epidemic of manufactured epidemics and it's all because it's a good way to make money for someone, whether it's campaign donations, advertising, or expensive medical procedures.

Notice that 46 man-hating trolls came here just to downvote this submission (that's a 30% downvote ratio!!): this should tell you all you need to know about the level of humanity and compassion we can expect from the sexist scumbags that hate us.

Some even followed the link and started posting comments under the article; as expected, they bring little more than the usual feminist arsenal of in-your-face lies, intimidation, shaming tactics and blatant bull-shitting.

Edit: Some feminists troll claimed that the downvotting pattern on this submission is nothing out of the ordinary. Out of curiosity, I went on r/women, picked some of the most popular submissions there (50+ upvotes) and checked the downvote vs upvote ratio. Guess what? The feminist troll was lying. This submission has an unusually high downvote ratio, despite being fairly uncontroversial and very educating. So yes, feminist scumbags are definitely downvotting it to prevent it from reaching the front page of reddit..

This isn't a MR's issue so much as a human rights issue.

There are many girls being convicted of creating and distributing "child pornography" because they took a naked picture, sent it to their BF and the BF showed everyone. Often the boys responsible for distributing the picture are not punished.

Edit: Since some people are taking offense to my insistence that sex offender laws are sometimes used unfairly when the "perp" is a woman here's a few stories for you all. Also, note that I said "OFTEN the boys responsible for distributing the picture are not punished" ..."often" is different from "usually" or "mostly" or "always"
