My mother brought me to the gym two times last week and I swam 2 other days. I live with my mom and dad but my dad is always busy.

I am about 5'4, 180+. I really need to lose this weight, I want to get down to 140 and slim medium shirt/size 32 pants.
My caloric needs are 2437 a day, I used a tdee calculator a user on here sent me. So i guess ill start eating 1900 a day.
Users here reccomended the strong lifts lifting program to me.
I've got some questions:
1) how can I implement the strong lifts program into my YMCA GYM regime avove?
2) how many times should I eat a day? How many times should I drink a day?
3) should I drink nothing but water? Or can I drink milk, crystal light, Arizona green tea as well? I'm sticking to water until I know what's what
4) what kind of meals can I eat every day? What do you eat?5) should I do sit ups, push ups and do curls with my dumbbells at home? If so, how often and how many reps?
I have a sit-up bench I can do sit ups on, and I have two 10-15 pound dumbbells. They are adjustable.
6) should I run and swim everyday, or just some days? Or at all? Should I run at the gym and around my neighborhood or just at the gym? Should I swim after my workouts? How many laps should I do? How many miles should I jog?
7) should I buy a pull-up bar for my room at home?
8) what kind of things should I eat for breakfast?
9) should I just eat salad every day for my school lunch?
10) I hear chicken breast is healthy for you. We usually bake it. Is it okay to eat it with BBQ sauce? I just dip the chicken in BBQ, it's too bland normally.
11) should I go to the gym 4,5 or 6 times a week?
My mom won't take me every day usually cause she's lazy as fuck and "is tired" from working but she doesn't do much. And our gym is too far to walk. I can only go "depending on her mood". It's fucking ridiculous and pisses me off, I want to work out every day. My dad never takes me.
12) what should I be doing on the days my mom can't take me to the gym? There's a pool around my apartment complex and I have the little dumbells and sit-up bench I told you about above this.
Please help me with my diet.
Also, My parents are putting me back on my medicine soon, and that helps lessen my appetite a lot. I think I could lose a lot of weight this summer with my medicine, dieting, and working out. My dad can never take me to the gym, so I'm completely dependent on my mother until I get a car in a few months.
Please me help me out guys. Im willing to dedicate myself to anything, i just need a concrete plan i can work on every day and complete every day. I need to lose this weight. I wanna lose it all over the next 6 months.
