I'm glad you got rid of him OP. I'm proud of you. If it happens again with a different scrote just ghost with no explanation. It will be a total mind fu*k for him. My brother always told me that when you explain yourself to a man, it gives him an incredibly huge ego boost. He told me they are adults and know exactly what they're doing and they want a reaction out of you even if that's the last time you both talk. They enjoy that they can get a reaction out of you and have some form of control over you and your emotions. It makes TRP men feel powerful. So when you leave them saying something like "I deserve better," etc, TRP men really enjoy that. My brother used to get really frustrated with me whenever I explained to a guy I was "getting to know" why I'm cutting things off. Because he told me they were just going to gaslight me by saying they were busy or make me seem like I was being unreasonable. He said I was giving them the opportunity to turn the tables on me and make me look like I'm the problem and being needy. When in actual fact they know what they're doing. Which is what this guy did to you by saying "oh please calm down I'm busy here." He honestly sounds like a rude manipulative POS.

My brother says it's more of a bruise to the ego when you ghost with no explanation. It really f*cks with them. He emphasized the key is to show no emotion or reaction when a man you're getting to know starting behaving badly. Because men always know what they did. Now obviously in a long term relationship you'll have to break it off. But in when you're getting to know someone it's fine to ghost. It's taken me years to get to this point where I can I just disappear no explanation.

The British royal family and high ranking officials follow this philosophy "Don't complain and don't explain." I think it's really important for women to apply this to men. Explaining yourself to a scrote will give them the upper hand to negotiate your boundaries and the opportunity to gaslight you. Hence this I'd!ot saying "oh please calm down I'm working."

We're human and it's natural to feel sad and frustrated and let them know. But it's a waste of of energy. Queen your energy is too precious to give explanations to scrotes. Pull disappearing act. I'm so happy you've left though. You'll be so much happier scrote-free.
