I have been dating for 2 months a guy and everything was fine except for the fact that one day casually told during the middle of a conversation that he is usually jealous of women he dates. He told me he'd be jealous of me if he knew I was dating other guys, and then I asked him "Will you stop dating other women too?". He didn't know how to respond and I told him if he wasn't willing to date exclusively with me I wouldn't be exclusive to him either because these things have to reciprocated.

We haven't had sex yet. He had never pressured me (before the events described below),but sometimes I feel he's becoming a little distant. Anyway, on Saturday I told him he should hang out somewhere and I wanted to choose a date when we both would be free. He asked me if I was free on Sunday but I would be having dinner with my friends and I told him so. He immediately got pissed off and told me "I should stop letting you lead me on, you know. It's always like that". He then said I should cancel my plans and go out with him and that he had plans with his friends as well but he was willing to cancel his plans for me. I found that a HUGE RED FLAG. Two months dating and he's already trying to make me feel guilty and isolate me from my friends. I told him I would NOT cancel my plans. At this point I had already given up meeting him again.

I told him I was not leading him on, I just trying to get to know him better. He told me dating for 2 months without sex feels like two teenagers dating. I was deeply hurt by that, I told him he was being rude. He said he was just joking but I immediately ended the conversation.

We didn't talk any more during Saturday or Sunday. However, during Sunday evening, while I was at my friend's having dinner, I saw on my phone one missed call from him. He had the nerve to call me during my meeting, not because he wanted to talk to me or because he missed me, but because he wanted to check if I was really on a meeting or lying to him. He probably thinks I was on a date with someone else.

Needless to say, I didn't text him anything and I didn't call him back. We haven't talked for 3 days. I realize that if he was truly interested in me, he'd never call me during my meeting in an attempt to control me. His blatant silence just shows he knows I know he did that trying to control me. If you call back the guy or text him after something like this happens, you'll show him you can be easily manipulated by him and feel guilty while you've done nothing wrong.

If after 2 months dating he's already trying to manipulate me into canceling my plans with my close friends and calling me during my night out only to check where I am, can you imagine what he could do in a serious relationship?

I'm proud for not having had sex with him 2 months. This is the reason why you HAVE to wait before having sex: to weed out the players, the pornified psychos, the manipulative controlling narcissists.
