This is only valid if he lets get know up front that this is the case, then let's her do/ask him to do anything and everything she wants/needs to try to finish before he "tries" to cum, considering for most men it is just easier due to anatomy and secondarily due to lack of open discussion/info/acceptance of women getting theirs.

Obviously dude is awful and in the wrong regardless, but I've heard too many statements that are less obviously awful where the guy tries to claim "not my fault" when they really didn't give the girl any chance (controls speed/angle/position, stops her own rhythm, doesn't pay attention to body language, etc), and this makes me think of that mentality.

Yes women should be involved and try to help in the gaining of their own orgasms, but men often run with that too far. Why they can't just realize they should be more attentive and collaborative while also not just holding themselves at fault if it doesn't work is beyond me.
