If you've been in a turbulent relationship trying to mend it, it's possible that you've come across things like attachment styles, and if you're an empath or open heart, it's possible you've identified with the anxious attachment style.

I've been there myself and I tried to read lots of material to know my weaknesses and improve myself (and since I was a total pickme, to be someone my LVX liked 🤡). I took the advices seriously and worked on improving myself, treating myself, having my own space and time.

You know what I've learned after doing that? That I actually wasn't anxiously attached at all, my style has always been secure attachment as I've suspected, I was simply having a normal healthy reaction to my """avoidant""" (read LV) partner withdrawing often and showing all around dysfunctional behavior that would naturally trigger doubt and anxiety in any normal human being.

Ladies, if that ever happens to you, just walk away. You're not anyone's therapist and are not forced to deal with their issues. You have a lot of love to give, well, give it to yourself. Channel it inwards and it will naturally grow and overflow, and then you'll be able to see you're actually perfectly fine and not clingy or needy at all. If they find you needy, that's their problem, not yours.

Have clear boundaries, walk away and don't look back. They do not serve you. You deserve someone as secure as you are, who can match you in all the love you are capable of giving and receiving. Love yourself passionately and never settle for less than you can give yourself.
