(Serious) Why are so many men so misandrist? Why do men hate the idea of men’s rights and care more about the well being of women than of other men? I know men have an out group bias, but how pervasive said out group bias is never fails to astound me.

Research Has shown that both men and women more readily typecast men as perpetrators and women as victims.This is the reason why men's issues are not as concerning to people as women's issues.

Then I think there is also pressure for men to be stoic, and not talk about issues that affect their gender, because it would be seen as unattractive to women.Women do not like when men complain about issues that they face, even if the issues are legitimate. Women like stoic men because stoicism is a good trait to have if your going to be a protector and provider.

Also, from what I have seen it does seem like most of the people opposing men's issues are women.It's a minority of women, but it is mostly women.I don't really see men opposing men's rights as much as women and women's groups do.It moreso that men just don't care enough to do anything.

Societal norms are perpetuated by people from all parts of society, not a specific subset of the population. This is something we really need to come to terms with, especially since feminism claimes that men are responsible for how society looks today, whereas it's really womens fault equally, and everybody else for that matter.

One of the problems is that boys are not graduating psychologically to manhood. This results in large number of old boys who are still dependent on their mother's approval or female approval in general. Women are disgusted by such immature men but are happy to get them to do their bidding.

because many men are actually benefited by laws that's supposedly misandrist.

High alimony, for example, discourage rich men from having a wife. That makes other men get beautiful wife more easily.

Pretty much everything said here. Men have been told they useless and inorder to find a partner they must reject everything that makes them a man. Also, we can't have this Convo without mentioning the betas, simps, white knights that play a huge role in this. These men if we can call them that think that validating and having women's back is what will gain them favor. Those women don't respect them and see all men like the simps and betas they interact with.

Also, what ever a women's says she wants on a man, they really want the exact opposite.
