Fellas.........a wise man I know has a quote.

"Every day above dirt is a good day"

I'm here to tell you that....IT DOES GET BETTER.

Remember it's a marathon not a sprint. But once the dust settles.....it will be worth it.

Hang in there. Work on yourself. Take your time. Seek wisdom from others that have been there.

Limit alcohol.......let out anger the right way.

This will all be over soon and hopefully you will be the strongest mother fucker afterward.

Don't forsake the pain right now............it's what will make you the greatest man. Don't short it.

There are plenty of good men here that will help guide you and listen and share. Don't be a stranger.

I wake up every morning with a huge smile on my face. I won. I have freedom\peace\autonomy.

It's going to be 75 degrees tomorrow. I'm taking a day road trip on my motorbike.

Going to take in the fresh air and the scenery. It is going to be grand.

No one to answer to.......just me and the open road with my tunes.

I walked thru hell and back for about 3 years.......and if I would have taken a short cut I couldn't share this with someone here that needs to read it.

It does get better. Hang in there.

All the best to you men!

Cheers!
