I certainly hope that any man who thought it was funny was convinced by the argument not to marry because men like this don't deserve wives. And women certainly don't deserve to end up with them.

Absolutely Gross. My ex husband made every single thing we did as a family a dreadful nightmare with his morose, negative attitude, as well. Living with such a disgustingly, selfish pig who was constantly in a bad mood was draining. This dude should do his wife a favour and leave. In my experience, getting rid of a man like that is heaven. The house is light and free again, the kids can laugh, you can enjoy friends and your kids don't feel like they are the WORST BURDEN in the world because they now have only the parent who loves and appreciates them around, who actually enjoys their school recitals, birthday parties and sports days. That writer is odious.
