I have asked the ban to be repealed on the grounds that i did not post anything hateful, and that a healthy democracy needs different opinions.

I got banned too about an hour ago lmao. I'm realizing it's cause I'm subbed here and the mods over there are probably feminists. I send them a message asking why I got banned but haven't gotten a reply and I probably won't.

That happened to me too after I called out a group of feminists for their psychotic and controlling behavior. The mod told me I wasn’t following the rules bc it was supposed to be asking for feminist perspectives (which was fair), but getting banned from some random other subreddit made no sense.

These people seem to mod hundereds of subs each, including some of the most popular sub on reddit.

An odd thing too. /user/maybesaydie mods /r/fragilemaleredditor where they essentially through shit at men. Definately a hate sub. interestingly, /r/fragilefemaleredditor is privated. So i guess they did that to stop people posting the sme hate agasint women. Because only men deserve hate, apprently.

Anyway, i hope this helps. Now we know who to complain to / about and possibly ban if you mod any subs yourself.

So, i un-subbed from there, and remembered i have a sub called /r/happy2b

I was going to do something similar to mademesmile, and now seems the perfect time. But i cant do it alone. Of anyone would like to help grow a new sub, full of happyness, positivity and uplifting posts by posting there, or becoming a mod, then please let me know.

Yup. Welcome to the state of Reddit where mods of subs can ban you for even looking at a sub they don't like.

Honestly it should be in the rules that mods should keep their focus on moderating their subreddits alone but instead mods are given all the power to do as they please with zero consequence for their actions.

Join a sub and some random mod finds out? Your banned. Made a comment in a sub you never joined and random mod finds out? Also banned.

This is why I feel like the rules need to either be redone to make even the mods be held accountable if they start power tripping otherwise we're just told "hey it's their sub, take it up with them"
