Go on as if you never wanted sex in the first place.

Don't ignore her, simply go on about your day with no sexual pressure/thoughts at all. You're not punishing her, you're just going about your day, if she's a part of the normal part of that day, fine, if not, fine.

Don't have some weird covert contract, but if she isn't going to be a part of your sex life, then you can find someone who will. (NOT to "show her who's boss" or some weird revenge plot, but simply because she doesn't want to be a part of it). Unfortunately it takes time. If you read the material then read it again because you missed something. Knowing information can be difficult when you THINK you are implementing what you learnt but no one else has reacted to it yet (either because it hasn't been long enough or they see you have holes in your frame.)

Have you tried this? List out the things you have done. What actions have you done? If your life is so empty that there is nothing for you to "get up and go do" ... then that's unattractive. You should have things in your life that you enjoy doing ... go do them. If they are congruent with who you are, then it's not butthurt. If you're the type of guy to go for a motorcycle ride or a bike ride or a run or a session at the gym or tinker with a motorcycle or go for a walk with a podcast ... then go do something.
