What kind of a service are you talking about?

For some, lack of sex is the main issue- and an inability to flirt, be seductive, to date successfully etc. For others, it's being fundamentally unattractive to most women (to the point that confidence building and better styling does not help). For others, it's feeling like women are a shallow homogenous group who only want wealthy chads.

In my experience, I've helped two male friends leave RP through a genuine friendship. My friendships have allowed my friends to "humanize" women in this new way. They have an authentic connection with a woman that sort of "proves", in their minds, that women do not adhere to a narrow stereotype and that there is hope for them.

So you'd need to be clear about what service you want to provide. If it's therapy, sex work, styling advice, looksmaxxing tips etc. then I'm sure you'd have some demand. But I also think that for some incels, the kind of thing that catalyzes the departure from RP can't be obtained via a paid service.

Which also makes sense to me. There are so many scammers out there trying to take advantage of vulnerable, isolated, or lonely men that at some point, these guys become skeptical of anyone trying to offer a service.

I'm planning to create a dating and relationships YouTube channel and/or podcast with a (female) friend of mine centered on neuro-divergent POC/WOC. She's black and I'm West Indian, and we are both (late in life diagnosed) autistic. While it'll be female centric, it'll have a lot of male info as well. Unlike existing TRP channels, we hope to create a positive, science based one. Nothing on Evo Psych, since Evo Psych isn't an actual empirical science, however.

There's a whole world of sleazy "coaches" out there that seem to prey on this and similar issues, so apparently somebody thinks they're out there enough to try to chase them. And there wouldn't exactly be anything wrong with that, either, provided that people taking them up on those services had a good way to evaluate who's good for them and who's not and there was ethical oversight, which in that field pretty much by definition there isn't. If you're serious about it, please find a way to offer the service where there's some basic guarantee of credibility, boundaries and safety.
