I think you should spend concerted effort actually looking at couples in public. Not just couples with women you're attracted to, but every couple walking down the street. You will see plenty of "normal guys" with "slightly above average" women. I think women look better in public a lot of the time because most of us put more effort into our appearance than the average man. But maybe if you pay attention to reality instead of online propaganda, you'll see that your assumptions aren't true.

As for approaching women at social events... just try to have normal conversations with women? Like how you would talk to men. Be friendly and engaging and ask about their interests. Start with getting comfortable even talking to women before you try to flirt. Make it a goal to just make a positive impression without making it about sex or dating. Then you can see if you make real connections that could grow into something more, like a friendship or a dating relationship.

Do you have health insurance? You could use some form of a counselor or life coach (the kind where the person actually cares about you, not a red pill coach that wants your money) and help capitalize on your areas of highest potential

The best way to change your mindset is to educate yourself. Read some books or blogs from feminist writers and about women who have struggled and overcome. You’ve been trained to hate women. Now is time to try to understand them and gain empathy for them so you can see them as actual human beings.

Get curious about women. Be honest with yourself and with them. I have seen people who are "creepy" become attractive once they owned that part of themselves. This practice of opening to the feminine isn't just about women, it's about opening to yourself, loving yourself, and seeing that you are valuable. You own your value and love yourself (regardless of being in a relationship) and that is usually when one happens. Best of luck

I don't think porn addiction is the worst thing here. Maybe try reducing the amount of porn you are watching, and replace it with just masturbation. If you aren't getting into a relationship any time soon, porn isn't so bad.

If money is a problem a software developer career might be your solution, and you can work from home. I don't know what your disability is so I can't comment on how much of a problem for dating it is. If it is a big problem, consider going for people in your league and not being too shallow.

Women are the pickier sex, and generally get a lot more attention than men do. For the average normal guy, most women aren't attracted to them, but a few will be. There is a lot of truth behind the redpill, but it does exaggerate things, and cultivates a bitterness toward women. I suggest listening to Dr. David Buss who is an evolutionary psychologist who is an expert on mating.

One thing that helps guys in dating is having a social life and good interpersonal skills, both in general and in dating. It also helps to look your best, have decent mental health, and have a stable life situation.

Regarding the porn addiction, Google resources to tackle it, there might be some where you live or online which could help you.

Maybe you could join a patient association for the type of disability you have; women are more active than men in associations and you might find women to become friends with who have similar problems than yours.

I find that quitting porn helps me tremendously in being able to relate more positively to women. This doesn't mean no masturbation, however. Get off on fantasy or stories, but leave the visual porn.
