19, Ugly, socially inept, 5'8 guy here. Invisible to women. Never do they even notice me forget about them talking to me or etc. I have tried talking to them but i refrain myself from talking to them anymore because i can see the amount of difference between their way of talking to me and other guys. I can see their total lack of interest when i talk to them.

I used to be an ex-incel in high school. It felt like a great coping mechanism for me since it convinced me that women were inherently bad and it's for the best that i don't engage with them since they're a waste of time.

I stopped hating them when i realized that it's totally not their fault. Everyone wants to be with the best person they want to be with. I also saw how my mother married to my dad who abused me physically, emotionally and did not even help our family to become at least upper middle class. I realized that it's better that women don't get attracted to loser guys like me and my father since their children would have to suffer (i did).

I'm trying everything that i can. I've been going to the gym but i know gym can grow muscles, it ain't giving you a handsome face. I actually used to be a good looking guy when i was young but as i told, with the constant abuse from my family i fell into depression, anxiety and so had to take psychiatric meds which altered my physical appearance drastically. Such is my luck lol. My luck has failed me so many times that i never view anything optimistically anymore, which also further strengthens my belief that i can never attract women that i like.

Hypothetically speaking, even if i became good looking after training at the gym, i would neither have the confidence to approach them nor the money to keep them happy (I will have 0 inheritance since i'm thinking of cutting ties with my father once i get a job). So i've accepted that the cosmos has not given me the women card and as such i should really forget them. Realizing this has also made me feel more hate towards women (since i feel that i can never experience that love and experience that other guys get) despite realizing that it's 100% not their fault.

I'm expecting you guys to not give the usual generic advices like "just talk to them bro", since i know they just don't work, at least for me.

Need help. I don't want to go down the incel route again
