It's true to a point. Men orgasm virtually 100% of the time in any sexual encounter, hence the joke that every monkey in the jungle knows that even bad sex is good. The same isn't true for women, and there you go. It doesn't get any more complex than that. Men wouldn't be nearly as DTF if orgasms weren't guaranteed.

Men care about good sex, too, it's just that most women give good sex experiences. There's usually an orgasm at the end for men, and some sort of respect or dignity in the way he is treated. The same can't be said for when a woman finds a random causal male partner.

I partially agree. While I would ditch a guy who isn't good at sex, he would have to do more than be good at sex to get me to want to keep him around.

It is true to an extent.

But men can have bad sexual experiences too.

My worst was with an old friend who used to be a sex worker. We went away for the weekend, had great fun, but when we ended up having sex it was awful, totally performative, inauthentic and, to me, unpleasant.

Didn't spoil our relationship. We called it a night and the next day we had great fun together.

When you have sex regularly, you just can't be bothered when it is not to your liking.

The goal was to make every encounter a great encounter. Because hookups that thought it was great sex ended up sometimes being booty calls you’d get later on. Or, sometimes you’d just get a girl who heard some good things about you.

I kind of disagree with this premise. I think it has more to do with the frequency of sex the individual has regardless of gender. Men who have a lot of sex will care about the quality of the sex more than a man who rarely has sex.

However, the burden society places on men in regards to quality of sex is much different than that of the burden placed on women. Commonly, there is more pressure placed on men to be good at sex than women in heterosexual relationships.
