When I was at peak fitness, and dressed well, and had a nice ride, I could juuuust about reach that "Chadlite" stage and pull women just for sex. And a lot of casual sex I did have. It was in my mid to late twenties that I had my best success. Good job, well dressed, went on dates, worked out, car was shiny, house was well kept... I could arrange a date on OLD and have a woman over that same night without picking up a single sock. It took a LOT of work, but I was very interested in meeting a lot of women and having a lot of sex. And that's what I did.

I've mostly been the "betabux brad" type in long term relationships. I am a strange cat though, and there was a lot about me most women typically wanted to change. And of course, no woman could ever change me one iota. Relationships usually fizzled out within 6 - 12 months. The initial romantic stage died off pretty quickly and it became apparent I was not compatible with most women.

Finally, I got married and had kids for my ultimate betabux experience. Been there done that, got the t-shirt.

Now I just sort of do my own thing and I really think relationships (for me) are not worth the effort.

It’s not some weird alpha/beta thing, it’s just about how much the girl likes you.

As a woman: thinking in terms of alpha and beta is very restricting and a self fulfilling prophecy. We don't think in those terms. A guy might be very attractive but totally dull or not able to listen or devoid of empathy or sexually selfish; another guy might be much more average looking, but witty, a good listener, a great lover. It's a very mixed bag of things we value. In real life, not in dating apps which offer a totally distorted view of love and which are used by a minority of women.

My most attractive women friends are married to totally normal looking men, nothing "alpha" about them.

I think it's more so women see zero future with the "alpha". The "alpha" may be too stupid, boring, lazy, etc to ever really be considered boyfriend material, you'd rather die than introduce him to your parents, or would cringe at the thought of him going out to dinner with your friends and their partners things like that. But maybe you're just horny or broke up with someone you actually cared about and are trying to get over it.

I honestly think it's B&B (bang and bail) vs Boyfriend/husband material. There is no Alpha or beta.

We tend to have less respect for the b&b and may make jokes at his expense to our friends. The stupid face he makes during sex, whatever. The point is you don't really care about the person. It's not that they're so compellingly hot, it's they're in the right place at the right time and not repulsive. They serve a need and then bye.

Well I don't know if this counts as Alpha/Beta situation but I love to play social games and interact with people, and this happened recently so I'm going into full detail...

Last weekend I was invited to the birthday party of one if the girls I'm seing. She was hitting 23 (I think) so most people there were her age or so, except for a few guys of her university that were quite a lot older, including four teachers (IDK if teachers go to students parties in North America or Europe but is pretty common here).

There was this guy, 28-29 years old so he was around my age, who was a phylosophy student. A complete loser who thought he knew better just because he studied phylosophy and a little bit of psychology, a dumbass.

The girl I'm seing is often "impressed" by intellectual and "artsy" dudes, not really surprised, she kinda leans leftwing ideas, smoke pot and believes in Patriarchy and all that jazz. Whatever.

I'm 32, and I have lived a lot. From afar I'm a very traditional and masculine man, tall, ripped, with a motherfucker face, the kind of dude that gets the job done and can kick anyones ass if needed, so people asume I'm quite dumb.

Not that this bothers me. I know who I am. I can speak fluently four lenguages, italian, portuguese, (as you see) english and my native spanish. I play three music instruments, among many other social tools and set of knowdelege on different topics.

Not bragging, just trying to give you some perspective. I'm handsome, not stupid.

And I'm very good at reading people in social situations. I read people like open books, and I know how to differentiate a douchebag from a psycho when I see one.

This lame excuse of a phylosopher was a psycho. Not the smartest psycho around, actually quite dumb and not that good at machiavelism (no matter how smart you are, you should NEVER try to do the passive-agressive move to a 6.3' 195lbs muscular dude in a social situation) but he gave me the eye as soon as I entered the room. That's when I realized who he was.

This is what I call the "social jerk". An insecure, entitled brat who uses jokes as disguise to insult other people and put them down so he can draw attention and be the "cool" dude.

Usually, I put up with their mind games until at some point in the night my fist ends all over their face, but I'm among "intellectuals" this time so I have to play.

And this "cool dude" is trying to get in the pants of the girl I'm seing, mind you.

And I'm cool with that, we don't have anything serious going on, but here is the problem...

The girl thought it would be a fantastic move to bring me around the lame psycho to see how I react, I think? Or may be she was testing the other guy perhaps, not really sure. She really wanted me to put a show thou, may be spark some jealousy, may be a "brawl" between two men as a birthday present... That's what she was looking for. Women.

And what did the jerk did after shaking my hands and introducing himself?

"Hey, you have a really nice, big car..." (a classic Chevy SS serie 2 coupé, awesome car, I love it) "Do you think this could be a case of you... overcompensating?"

In front of around 10 other people. For normal people this could be a joke, but in this context it was a treat.

Now, if you are not the most socially skilled man around and can't tell the difference between a joke and a personal insult, often the people around you will. And the 10 other people there and the girl looked at me and made an akward silence, like if they expected me to counter that. That's an insult. He was testing me.

And yeah, men "shit test" other men too.

I just looked deadly at his eyes, smiled, looked him upside down, turned my head to the girl and noded at her, then looked at him again. Without saying a word, I told him "I know what you doing and why you are doing it."

He felt akward. Not kidding, I could feel his dick shrinking.

The worst thing you can do to a psycho is figuring out his motives and exposing them in public. He wanted to fuck that girl, and I made very clear I knew it.

"So... We just met a few seconds ago and you already are thinking how big my dick is? I wonder why a phylosopher, a man who dedicates his life to answer the most important questions of the universe, fixiates so much about another guy's dick?"

The girl starts laughing, the dude is now visibly unneasy.

"Nono... No what I mean... I mean..."

That's the most "Beta" a man can get. Having to explain himself again.

And note: women do this all the time to men. When you try to escalate and say something sexual, they may say something like "I don't understand... Can you explain yourself again?". NEVER say "haha well I was just kidding". Double down. If you don't have anything witty to say call her dumb for not getting what you ment. Neve explain yourself over, that's a pussy move, it shows lack of character.

I finished the guy over saying "well call me if you have more questions about my penis, like when, where and how I use it or inside whom has been in, but I tell you, if you have an existencial approach to life you may be shooting yourself on the foot".

I asume a guy and a girl in the group were also studying phylosophy because they laughed their asses off.

I said I had to go, gave the "my" girl a present, kiss on the cheek and said goodbye to everyone. She came with me to the door, then I told her "I'm sorry I ruined the phylosopher for you, but call me if he can't get hard". She laughed and said I was a jerk. Music.

I picked her up a few hours later, she was waiting for me at the door. She said goodbye to her friends and I said goodbye to the phylosopher.

And that's how you cockblock a lame ass psycho phylosopher.

But how do I know for sure I was the Alpha?

He drives an electric Prius and I drive classic Chevy with a V6.

women accuse men of having double standards because women do not hold themselves accountable for choosing good looking guys who do anything bad from a to z while men wont. i dont know if that is now. maybe tv today would have a man killing for his vamp instead of staking it as in the past because it is more plausible now.
