Oh it's rigged alright...with one phone call and one lie, I was removed from the house that I paid for, had my daughter kept from me for a good month (would have been longer had I not fought), had to keep paying for everything, and then was given 30 minutes with two cops hovering over me to get whatever I could from my own house.

The best part? That all happened without ONE statement being requested from me.

We're guilty until proven innocent fellas, and even then, there are no repercussions for the lies that were told. Be very careful.

Our "supervised" visit was handled by someone who reported back to the ex. During the time of the visit, knowing where I was the entire time the ex and her friend broke into my apartment. Was caught by the building manager, but nothing was done. Glad I changed both door locks to something more hardcore (but was still damaged)

Police "advised" for her to return the building fob and keys. Which never happened.

I can understand why some guys just give up all together and don’t bother seeing their kids. His ex and a system which is biased in favour of the feminine make it and exhaustive grind for him. She’d probably say ‘you don’t care about your kids’ and try and shame him but I’d say ‘you made it that way’. You and the system have pushed me out of their lives.

You have discovered the ugly misandry culture that is entrenched in the Family Court systems. This contact supervisor would not be able to acknowledge her own bias in this case.

If you complain, be prepared for a silent war against you, a war that is fought with unfavourable court reports, implications, if not accusations of sexual abuse of your child, and violence against the supervisors. They will lie.

Taking to a lawyer may result in a slightly better outcome, but remember, these misandrists are in the system. They know how to hang you out to dry, with out any contact with your child, and no hope of a court hearing for years.

What bothers me most about stuff like this?

It shouldn't be about the dad, or the mom. It shouldn't be about gender. It should be about what is in the best interest of the child(ren).

Like... My mom had CPS cases miles long, for both my brother and I growing up, and our fathers still couldn't get more than visitation rights, despite the fact that our mother was well-known to the courts to be abusive, and neglectful, and they had our court-mandated therapists telling them that we should be removed from our mother's custody.

But no. The judge literally told ten year old me that he was doing me a favor, that it was in my best interest to be with my mother, because, and I quote, "When you get older, you'll appreciate having a woman to be able to teach you."

It wasn't until I was literally hospitalized after she went after me with a crowbar that my brother and I were taken away. Like, it took me nearly dying for a judge to admit that maybe I would be better off with my dad.

And this judge was a man. To this day, it boggles my mind that a male could be a part of that system. Mind you, this was back in the 90s, so it wasn't even as female-oriented as everything is now, and this male judge still thought that I was better off with an abusive woman than another male.

As an added note? My dad was absolutely able to teach me about make-up, as well as basic hygiene... two things my mother never worried about.

It's a no-win situation. He'd be accused of neglect if he didn't go in with her, he'd be accused of neglect if he left the kids alone while he went to the bathroom alone himself. He's already accused of being "disgusting" for using the urinal.

His only real option to not get this response from the supervisor is to just hold it; but that's inhumane - not that the dogma that pushed for how family courts operate, cares at all how humanely it treats men & fathers.

Supervised visits HAPPEN ALL THE TIME to Fathers. I was watching my children full-time because my ex was always away on work trips. She comes back and makes me have professional supervision for 1 year as revenge for leaving her (she had an affair).

These things need to be taught to all men before marriage.

Very unprofessional and if that's the case a complaint should be brought up, but Jesus people are reeeing so hard over this one person even compared this the the jews versus the nazis, another saying that this proves femenism is a hate movement. She did unprofessional work gossip that was unacceptable, but get some perspective people. Loise CK did a whole stand up routine about being a single dad and how he can't use the bathroom alone anymore and most women who've been moms loved it and related to his jokes about not having privacy anymore, so I don't think this is proof women hate men or fathers, it was one shitty unprofessional peroson who should face some responsibility for what they did.

I got full residency of my kids. I sacked my solicitor because he wouldn't say what I wanted to say. I know how cafcas twist things. One example was when cafcas visited it was, close to dinner time but we all were in the living room. So I put the kids food on a mat on the rug like we were having a picnic. So we could carry on talking while supervising the kids eat. Cafcas report... DAD MADE KIDS EAT OF THE FLOOR! My solicitor wouldn't argue the reality of things. Without a, solicitor I could explain properly to the judge in simple English what happened.
