I've been up and down with my STBXW and our 6 month old son. So far I have been visiting him nearly every other day for a few hours at time, and more so on the weekends. But now I find out that my ex is trying to not only remove my custodial rights, but also my legal rights as well to our son. This was her response to a recent ruling from the FOTC that we should have split everything. And on top of that she is now saying she wants a restraining order.
Should I be concerned? I do have a lawyer but I am the defendant in this case.
