There is not really a blueprint to this. It's something you should feel out and do your best to pay attention to the body language of the person you're on a date with. If they're leaning in, initiating some casual touching, making eye contact and seem receptive, then you can go ahead. That may happen on date 1 or date 10. It depends on their preferences and your dynamic. If in doubt, just ask "would you be okay if I kissed you?".

As for intimacy, this varies so much. I'd also have that discussion with the person when it seems appropriate. Or again, after you feel comfortable and they seem to feel comfortable as well, you can ask them if they'd like to come in after a date.

It is always appropriate to ask someone if they want to kiss you, provided you're willing to hear any answer. Hearing a "no" but then sulking about it isn't being comfortable with that answer. You need to really hear it. If they want to kiss you back it doesn't matter if it's the first or fifth date. You just need to make sure you're on the same page.

Have you considered there are two people involved here? Maybe wait for the other person to initiate? Have you thought about how you're going to ask for consent? And how you're going to behave if rejected? Because those things are far more important than setting weird time limits.

The best time is when you both feel comfortable.

For me, it mostly worked out getting intimate quickly. It has always been a good sign if there was this sexual tension in the air just from the beginning. If I go on 4 or 5 dates with someone without getting intimate, I assume that I'm just not her type or that she follows some strange rules. In both cases, it won't lead anywhere.

Everyone goes at their own pace it’s also circumstantial. If a first date is at your/their house vs. a coffee shop it’s going to be totally different. Just be mindful of the other person’s reaction when you do physically escalate to see how they like it

There isn't a rule. I just would think if nothing, not even a kiss, happens after 3 dates, I guess she isn't not that much into me.
