I think the biggest problem with red pill is stops short of telling a full truth.

They show how women can be stupid and make terrible partners, but fail to mention that men are equally as capable of the same problems. There’s simply a lot of stupid people on both sides of the gender divide.

The problem I have with red pill is it convinces stupid men to think they’re superior to stupid women, as if that gives them some sort of edge in dating.

Instead of looking inward and becoming better people, they just double down on self righteous narcissism.

Additionally, they don’t think to just look for non stupid partners. There’s lots of amazing women (and men) who aren’t stupid. And smart people getting with smart people are where you see the most success in relationships.

People who are smart to recognize mistakes and learn from it are often very good at making relationships work.

I think the narrative ignores a very basic fact. Sometimes you are extremely horny, and sometimes you aren't. And whether you're extremely horny or not does not totally depend on the person who is sitting across from you.

I think those sorts of contradictions really just highlight the main issue with any of these red pill types, and really anyone else who tries to make these massive sweeping generalisations based on some vague trait. "Men are like this" "Women are like that" "Boomers like to do this" "Capricorns are really prone to do that" etc etc.

Yes, I would compare anyone trying to give men advice on how to be a man with horoscopes. They're honestly that accurate.

Humans just simply aren't that simple. You can't define people based entirely on their gender, or their age, or their nationality and so on. There might be some vague general ideas that you can pass along to each other, but that usually has to be so insanely vague that it defeats the point.

Should men wait for sex? Should men just try to fuck as many girls as possible? Who knows. Who cares. Do what you like. Wanna go have your slut era? Go for it bro. Want to treat sex like it's sacred? You do you. Have sex on the first date. Wait until marriage. Save yourself for one woman, be polyamorous, explore your sexuality or don't. It's nobody's place to judge. Each has it's pros and cons.

The only universal advice that any of us should be giving - and we absolutely should be giving it - is to be respectful of the people we have sexual and romantic relationships with. Make sure you have a good understanding of consent and ALWAYS respect it. Do not manipulate someone for sex, or for a committed relationship, or friendship or anything else. Learn to take no for an answer - learn to give a no when you want to - and just generally don't be a dick and don't judge others for how they want to live their romantic and sexual lives.

That's what wrong with most of these Red Pill praxeology influencers. They're binary thinkers and don't get that people have preferences that aren't their own. I mean, I'm a woman who makes my guys wait, but it's because I want them to want me which means they'll have to slog through getting to know me a bit before I'll let them have their way with me. Oh, I know, the horror!!! lol

But I'm certainly not thinking, "Man, this guy is such a beta! LOLOLOL!!!" It's literally not like that at all. I just don't want my body to be used by guys that just want to pump and dump. No judgement to the ladies that enjoy being dick holsters right away, but I try to maintain at least some of my class. It's more about me than it is about them.

But even then, that's two different preferences of two different women and they don't seem to get that. They go, "All women be like bitches and sluts and 'secretly' think you're a beta!" Their binary thinking clearly shows, but then they pull the e-cult leader stuff and tear down guys that are already struggling with shit and completely making shit up that most women don't think like at all. Despicable honestly.

Not a lot of the creators have any character or stick with whatever principle they spew.

Because at this point, content creators have stuck the Red Pill name on everything that it's not even Red Pill. I remember when we used to get along and we'd learn better skills for us to enjoy each other better, learn how to understand each other so we were better lovers to each other, be better teammates, and where did the shipmate shit go?

I loved learning how to love my men better, understand them better, but then it changed and it became "how much can we hate on women today"?! "What slut can we expose to ruin her life completely"!! "How can we force her into doing things she doesn't want by learning brainwashing and manipulation" (which doesn't belong in dating by the way)!!

I don't think it's "beta" as a man to wait for sex because I personally believe we as men need to be very selective of our future partners and sex is a beautiful thing and it needs to saved for a long term relationship or even marriage if that is your call, chief. Same thing can be said if you prefer casual sex and hooks up. Not my thing, but Cool! Let's not mix that with that stupid Alpha/Beta bullshit.

I'm with you. I think it's sexier when a man is selective rather than fucking everything that moves. It shows he's is control of not only his mind but his body too, that he respects himself to only give himself to the women he wants to not only fuck but also be intimate with, that he has the fortitude to wait even if he has the opportunity because he doesn't want her and he's not just being her puppet and sacrificing himself and his self-respect just for sex, you know? I dunno, that's what I think, but I'm just one opinion in a sea of many. Too each their own as long as they're not encroaching on my life.

Yeah! It's ridiculous! I'm absolutely celibate for that reason! For that reason alone dating is next to impossible, because men assume as a woman if you won't fuck them on FIRST meeting them, that you are taking "ADVANTAGE" of them, because you MUST be giving it up to SOMEONE else other then them! More like I'M not having SEX with anyone I don't know! No matter HOW good-looking they are! Because that's not the kind of relationship I want with a man, I DON'T DO hookups! If anything formerly NICE men are more subject to this line of thinking, because some already lack confidence as it is! You’re a whore for agreeing to have sex, you’re a whore if you don’t; men are betas if they can’t turn a good girl into their whore after 24hrs of meeting them. This whole ideology is abusive. Because your actions are scrutinized whether they view your actions as respectable or not, it comes across as women hating cuz no matter what she does, it’s a problem. The redpill is very illogical but hilariously funny to watch and by that I mean watching other ppl reaction to their take. the dumbest take I've ever seen was a redpiller telling someone in a relationship that that without him - she would be homeless (and she provides nothing) while seemingly forgetting (most) women are whole people who have jobs and accommodation before they meet a man. and yet not noticing that people put a differently value on things. i.e well you gave your grandma $50 bucks but she gave you a $100. Again not the point as Grandma usually values time and gave it you b/c she wanted too. There have been studies that say that making someone else happy makes you happy. but its like the redpill is so horrifyingly dumb.
