This is such a huge pet peeve of mine. Every man I've dated (and now married) will insist something is clean when it just isn't.

"I cleaned the kitchen" - The counter isn't wiped up, the floor isn't swept, the dishes aren't put away, there's still stuff on the counter.

"I did the laundry" - It's in the dryer, not folded, not put away.

Do men simply just not see the dirt and germs and dust? How do I get my husband to comprehend what I'm saying about things being CLEAN and not just partially clean without having to constantly do it myself?
