It's a joke. They only enforce stipulations against the father while the mother is allowed to commit contempt of court with zero consequences. That has been my experience.

Yeah, it's also pretty unconstitutional. In some states if you weren't married the mother gets automatic custody (and support) and the father has to prove paternity and sue for custody. No tender years doctrine needed. No idea how that wouldn't violate the 14th amendment, civil rights act, and now the equality act, but they definently do it.

People will claim it's because it's a disagreement between two people so these laws don't apply, but that becomes utter nonsense the moment the state takes the action of taking your kids away.

Absolutely. That's exactly what feminists wanted and the law and society gave them what they wanted. But now the clever, intelligent, successful and nice, decent men have swallowed the redpill and checked out of the game and will only pump and dump, leaving the femcels wondering "where are all the nice men?". I've rejected offers of marriage six times in my 40+ years of life because of this same reason. I'm not interested in marrying used communal fleshlights. I knew very well how royally I'd get fucked just by looking at the situations of my other fellow men of the society. Back in the days of my parents and grandparents they never had to think of it the way I do now. Today I am forced to look at women only as sexual objects and pay them to leave my house and leave me alone after sex thanks to feminism. Today if I see a woman in danger I no longer help them or even stare at them, let alone rescue them, thanks to feminism. The number of MGTOW men who no longer give a fuck is only rising. We aren't even angry about it. We have now learnt to love ourselves and put our own benefit and self above that of women, thanks to feminism. Feminists need to realise we men don't need women for any reason. Never needed them and never will. It's them who need us for all sorts of reasons.
