Well a little less than 48 hours. Due in court (zoom call) on Monday morning. STBXW filed a petition for exclusive use for the home and temporary custody of my 2 little ones. I sent a shit load of evidence on Friday of audio, video of her physically punishing my 1 year old son and her snooping through my office (where I sleep), derogatory text messages, and police body cam footage which my lawyer says she was "overly dramatic the way the judge will see it." She filed a false incident report to get a temporary order court date. Not going to lie I'm nervous as shit. Hoping this all goes my way and a get 50/50 custody. Forgot to add inappropriate text messages from her boss in civil service.
