As part of my testimony thing it literally included the small talk. Me and the officer were talking about the game. I thought it was just small talk. I never imagined it was part of my statement.

My lawyer told me that they might bring up the game in court and try to get me to stumble on details and use that to convince the judge I'm guilty long story short.
