I'm not saying that what this girls ex-bf did was right, but are you kidding me? So she sends nudes to her bf, they break up, he shares them online. Pretty shitty thing to do, but to charge the guy with a felony? Are you serious, here's a quote:

So the law is this: Be a moron and send naked pictures to someone, that person shares your photos/info. That person is then charged with a felony because you stupidly sent nude photos to someone you couldn't trust. So no personal responsibility at all.
