I'm not as fussed about this as most. I know the title is demeaning but it's just a title. From what I've read in the book it's basically about giving men an incentive as opposed to nagging and complaining about his inadequacies.

The real thing to take away from this book, is that it shows most women treat their dogs better than they treat their partners.

The book's a comedy. It has a provocative title on the cover, but uh, isn't there a saying about this? Don't judge a book by, ...something something? I forget.
