I would have added that men make up 60%+ of the homeless population and that they make up less than 40% of college students as well.

This is a great infographic. The suicide portion especially is very powerful, since even I wasn't aware of the >2:1 comparison to homicide deaths. That really drives home how much of an epidemic/crisis male suicide really is.

One criticism I have though is that I would remove the paragraph stating that "women attempt suicide 2x more than men", since it's very misleading due to the fact that multiple attempts at self-harm (sometimes dozens or more) are made by a relatively small number of women. Reading the sentence as is, you get the incorrect idea that twice as many women than men are attempting suicide, when that isn't anywhere near the case.

Also, it's reasonable to wonder if after five or ten failed attempts the person is really trying to kill themselves. Categorizing those cases in a separate "committing self-harm" group would make more sense to me, and I think would help people to understand that these individuals want help, not death. That small change would promote actual solutions to the crisis as well I believe, by focusing more clearly on the fact that men overwhelmingly see no help available anywhere for themselves when they are struggling.

If 9% of the homeless are a veteran, and 13.4% of males have served, then isn't the fact that 9% of the homeless are veterans just a result of most homeless being male?

Why the educations gap is not mentioned? It must be the biggest problem because it affects many other things in a meritocracy like the USA. What happened to the American dream which demands equal opportunities?
