Misleading title may cause readers to assume the post is wronfully referring to Blasey Ford,which can cause the subreddit to lose creditibility due to clickbait.

Although this is a good post, its title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

I am the father of three young boys and I really like this sub, but this post is ridiculous. Misleading title, no link, and so many people reading this will connect "accuser" to the wrong person. Can we please, please be better than this?

The title is misleading.

The woman claimed to be the anonymous "Jane Doe" accuser, then admitted she wasn't.

The real accuser hasn't admitted to making up the story.

Under questioning however she admitted she was never sexually assaulted by Kavanaugh and said was not the author of the original 'Jane Doe' letter. When investigators asked if she was the 'Jane Doe' from Oceanside, California who wrote to Senator Harris she said: 'No, no, no. I did that as a way to grab attention. I am not Jane Doe...but I did read Jane Doe's letter. I read the transcript of the call to your Committee...I saw it online. It was news.'

You know what is infuriating? I wanted to know more about this so I googled Kavanaugh and went to News. Almost every single article is something like “Grassley refers woman who accused Kavanaugh of rap to DOJ, FBI.” Uh fuck no? Call it like it is. Woman (actually use her fucking name) falsely accused Kavanaugh of rape, to be investigated by DOJ.”
