It completely disgusts me that female teachers get away with molesting children over and over again. I don't know why the system assumes these male children are ok with being touched.

Is this a case of reverse fake ID? if I was told the woman in that picture was 15-16 I wouldn't question it and I WOULD be skeptical of being told that woman is 30 or nearly 30.

In any case, 29 and 14 is too large of a gap to be justified by context. I agree this woman should have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A Bronx public school teacher has admitted she performed oral sex on a 14-year-old boy on “multiple occasions and in multiple locations” — but will not have to go to prison or surrender her teaching license.

Dori Myers, 29, a social studies teacher at The New School for Leadership and the Arts in Kingsbridge, pleaded guilty to a criminal sex act — a D felony requiring her to register as a sex offender.

And men can't teach lower grades because everyone is sure he's a pedo, but apparently it's OK for female teachers to have sex with their students.

If you look at the NYPost Facebook post, it's obviously why she got no jail and didn't lose her license. Most of the top comments are all of the typical "it's every boy's dream" and "where were women like that when I was 14??"

So it's not far fetched to assume that the judge thinks that way, too, like most morons of the general public do. Of course there's no justice for boys raped by women when there's so much ignorance about the damage it causes

I’m blown away, can you imagine what this would do to someone on a psychological level of that age. Moreso, what is wrong with this woman that she wanted to perform oral sex on a 14 year old. As the top comment points out SHE DIDNT LOSE HER LICENSE. I am blown away.

Defense lawyer Andrew Stoll said Myers will be fired by the city Department of Education “and won’t be working for them anymore,” but asked the judge not to make her give up her license, according to a court transcript obtained by The Post.

Eh, if this is true she doesn't need to give up the license but won't be able to teach children anymore. That part is kind of... good? I can see the reasoning of the judge there.
