The government has approved a big pack of laws. Among them, that trans law and the "only yes means yes" law. Both of them make things that were already kind of balanced extremely accessible. Being trans is not a disease, yes, but it's a very dangerous process and they need to make sure that there isn't any psychological issue behind. They're a moderate left wing party, but compared to most of Europe, they would be center or right. We are close to the elections, and I don't think this will help them to win. The problem is that to gather feminist votes, the other right wing party is also kind of supporting or at least not being against these laws. So how exactly do they determine when fraud has taken place? Because by the sounds of it so long as you turn up to some appointments and say the right thing at the time you’re golden.

You can’t make the barrier to entry for something really low and then complain when everyone and their mum steps over it for whatever reason they like. Do these people live in some naive utopia where they assume humans would never dare to take advantage of something simply because they can? I mean Christ modern feminism essentially has that tenant as a gospel when it comes to their lack of action on gender equality rights that disadvantage men but positively advantage women. They leave it alone because why not? It’s traditional that men pay for dinner, so why not enjoy it? Why challenge it?

First the most discriminatory law we have in Spain, Gender Violence Law (from now on LVG<Ley Integral Contra la Violencia de Género>) still affects to biological males even after changing their gender. Article 46.3 "Efectos" (Efects) of the law

La rectificación de la mención registral relativa al sexo y, en su caso, el cambio de nombre, no alterarán el régimen jurídico que, con anterioridad a la inscripción del cambio registral, fuera aplicable a la persona a los efectos de la Ley Orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de Medidas de Protección Integral contra la Violencia de Género.

There are many privileges of being a woman.

You will be believed in domestic abuse, 2.you will get custody of your children because you're a woman.
You will get access to special female only scholarships, MBAs, PhDs grants, bursaries, education training etc.. that men (even minority men) are blocked from. Even female dominated degrees like psychology/biotech have female only funding.
You will get access to easier bank loans or grants to set up a business that men are blocked from.
You wont be portrayed as a pervert if you go into teaching, childcare.
You wont be charged with rape if you commit rape.
If a woman does something bad like abuse a child or female teacher has sex with a student you wont be seen as your sex being the cause of the evil.

This is US and CAN and almost all of EU also.
