How did the female teacher get through uni and teacher training to get a job at a school then? Particularly when she feels men have preference. I notice all the women who never complain when it’s men on the military front line, on oil rigs, in sewers and garbage collection roles instead of them.

This is what happens when people are employed on the basis of their gender rather than merit. It appears the report writers do not have access to a good quality dictionary, or even a cheap concise volume.

The current feminist viewpoint is against hard working successful men. They are jealous of their success and blame them for everything. This is how they believe patriarchy is root cause of all evil. This is why want us to become socialist/communist and remove capitalism. Because in a socialist/communist state you can effectively threshold on how successful a person can be. You get to do all those "cool" feminist things like playing identity politics and having gender based quotas for everything. They want to start looking at people as a collective rather than the individuals we are.

Not to mention 75% of graduates in education are women. Boys tends to cause more troubles in school, hence why male teachers are preferred, to act as a "good model". Not to mention they are pretty rare, espiecially in early education.

Nothing to do with sexism, just the symptoms of a flawed system.
