You're probably just in a funk. You said it yourself that you're becoming "bitter" and "cynical" and this is a MUCH bigger issue than age. You're not having fun with it, and the girls are feeling your vibe and turning off.

If there's a wall for men, it's definitely not 33. If anything, you are close to the sweet spot. And the decline in SMV is very slow and gradual for men, unlike the steep plummet women have to deal with.

Give it a little time and keep knocking on doors. Maybe take a break and get yourself back into a positive headspace. Dating should be fun and light.

Soon you'll get your mojo back, and then all at once it's going to feel like women are throwing themselves at you. Success (and failure) always has a sort of multiplying effect like that.

In my opinion yes, your SMV does increase in your 30s, but there's a caveat: girls are much less forgiving, you HAVE to keep in shape and have your life in order.

It depends, some guys who are really good-looking in their 20s might suddenly start balding/get fat/just don't look good anymore once their hit 30 or so (in some cases, even earlier). If you were popular mostly because of your looks, this can be a problem. It's all genes unfortunately, there are girls who look youthful even in their late 30s, and guys who start looking like shit when they are 25. Nothing you can do about that (well, apart from not getting fat).

And dating young girls always does get more difficult once you get older. TRP might hamster it as much as they want, but it does. You don't meet so many of them, for one thing. Even if you do, they don't see you as a part of their social circle. Many girls just won't date older guys, no matter what. They think it embarassing. Many others might date them for their money. Some will do that out of curiosity or daddy issues. All in all, I'd say young girls who DO want to date you once you are 35 or so are not necessarily the same kind of girls you would date if you had a choice. Just some guys will pick (not so hot) young girls to boost their ego or whatever.

And there is always a question of whether you are actually interesting for a college chick. Don't forget it's pretty much a kid, your work probably seems the most boring thing ever to her, as much as your hobbies and so on. It's almost a different generation.

not automatically. if you become one of the guys who gets fat, have a dead end job, start combing your hair into a shitty combover to to hide your baldspot, and act like an awkward weirdo in your 30s, your SMV will be in the toilet.

men's SMV just doesn't automatically drop in their 30s like most women's does. at the same time male looks are gradually decreasing with age, their status/confidence/skills/etc should be going up unless they are a fuckup

if you have bad genetics and are poor that's the only way SMV for men does not increase into the 30's. It can happen but for a lot of guys it won't go wrong.

If you are in shape and in your 40s and have a style that works you are years away from the wall especially if you're successful. I thought I was too old when I was 33 lmao! All that did was give me an escuse to not even make eye contact with that cute college freshman at the bus stop. 10 years later, thanks to trp, I have two dates set up with girls 25 years younger than me. They wanted me to approach all along but all I did was look at their asses as they walked away. Dont waste 10 years!

Yes, it does, and it keeps increasing as long as you do the work, when I was 40 I had a lot of younger women hit on me, but you got to be in shape and enthusiastic and youthful, but be a young 30s guy, guys in their 30s and 40s have maturity over 20s, quality girls like that

The main reason men age better is experience. But some older men may have less experience than younger men. The key for you is to get more experience approaching/pulling women

Not quite 30 yet. Not far though. I can see a noteable increase in my SMV though and it’s ramping up so I can only project that my 30s will be amazing. Think staying in shape and being assertive are of a higher requirement though.
