Had a custody/support hearing yesterday. So it is really just about the judge asking for monthly income for both parties putting in the numbers and the father gets screwed?

I am totally fine with paying child support but getting stuck with temporary spousal support for like $1200 and then $900 child support coupled with arrears when she was withholding the children and I was fighting allegations having to them get hit with $3300 in support/ month for 6 months is absurd.

In a 6 year marriage I have to pay her monthly now just to get rid of her, my brother was right when he said “It’s cheaper to keep her”

I just can’t get it out of my head that she is all happy and loving getting that money. I’m so glad she didn’t become stay at home wife. She makes $70k/year and is a strong independent woman who needed space.

I feel targeted, betrayed and hurt.
