Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

im guessing someone he looked up to, got fleeced in a divorce. while he had to watch. so he took precautions.

[–][deleted] 54 points55 points56 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Always test a woman:) lol leave 5-10 even 20k out and see what she will do if she takes even half she is not worth it make sure you have recording all over the house btw

[–]yanquideportado 24 points25 points26 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This may work but is not infallible since while in a relationship your interests are aligned , one must test what happens in break up. Also another issue is that some dependent women are scared when they lose their meal ticket since they don't have another lined up and no clear way to find another and thus take anything they can as self preservation.

[–]WebisticsCEO 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's too bad they already had 2 kids though.

I wonder who will get those rights.

[–]Kwarntnd 143 points144 points145 points 3 years ago* (7 children) | Copy Link

Wow, this is even dirtier than I thought. Apparently he was accused of rape out of the blue about a month ago, and afterwards his wife's statements weren't very supportive of him to put it lightly.

She wrote that the charges brought "shame" and that she "needed time to digest this shock."

“It goes without saying that I have always been and will always be on the side of the victims"

Really? And what if your husband is the victim?

Abouk addressed the situation on an Instagram story, writing that she doesn't live with Hakimi anymore and they are in divorce proceedings - though their separation occurred before the alleged rape.

So just after separation a wild rape charge emerges? That's awfully convenient for your divorce proceedings. Really makes you wonder if she found (hired?) someone to make the accusation to ensure a big payout.

Oh agaain! It's always the same movie. Gold diggers gonna gold dig I guess.

All to be proven before the courts. I wouldn't make blanket assumptions, let's stick to facts. Their marriage might have been going downhill for a while.

[–]McFeely_Smackup1 points 3 years ago [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

Nobody said it wasn't a question for the courts, but we're allowed to "wonder"

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Wonder? I've lost count of how many men I've read about being slandered by a failed gold digger. From rich to poor it's the same story.

[+]gintokireddit -6 points-5 points-4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

"Out of the blue" - tf? How else are you supposed to be accused of rape? With some big parade first?

Your reaching really hard in general jumping to her paying someone to make an accusation lol, as if rape doesn't happen, especially by soccer players. Very conspiratorial thinking.

[–]jr_xo 61 points62 points63 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Man, she really couldve gotten away with robbing a 12 year younger man after basically 2 years of marriage

[–]Schip92 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

She still is tho, with alimony

[–]Rionat 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Nah she has more money than him legally speaking and she’ll pay him alimony + get half her assets

[–]Schip92 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

But considering he put everything under his mom's name it's not hard to prove to a court he owns nothing just on paper.

[–]Rionat 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly, he has less assets and less money than his wife who is a millionaire by her own work. So if she can try to get half his money assuming he had more, Hakimi can try to get half her money since she has more

[–]ExMuzzy 169 points170 points171 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Good thinking on his side lol.

31 year old gold digger preying on a 19 year old, she shouldn't be entitled to half his property anyway.

[–]outhouse_wholesaler 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Doesn’t mean the court isn’t going to take a cut out of future earnings.

[–]alkhatim7 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I'm asking because I really don't know. Why would they do that? you divorce and the court splits whatever you have, why would a court say whatever you earn in the future also belongs to your ex? would it go both ways?

[+]SimPowerZ 11 points12 points13 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

My brother in law is in this situation. His ex-wife cheated on him and then asked for a part of his future earnings because she could not support her current lifestyle without it. The judge granted her this and he had to pay her 3000 euros per month for several years. Crazy world right?

[–]alkhatim7 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This is wild. Who asked for the divorce? does it not take that into consideration? it seems insane to me that you can say I don't want to stay married but I want you to keep supporting my married lifestyle. Did the judge also ask your in law's ex to drop by your brother's daily and do housework to keep supporting his lifestyle?

[–]SimPowerZ 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

After she cheated, they tried couples therapy and it seemed to go well but after some time he found out she was still cheating on him with the same guy, and the he asked for the divorce.

[–]jerrysburner 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's similar in America, though it's almost always dependent on the length of the marriage. In most states you have to be married 8 or 10 years before they'll take future earnings.

[–]pwinne 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If it’s a Muslim court system she may well end up with half of nothing. Note - I’m not picking on Muslim faith please don’t flame 🔥 me

[–]Certified_Nutmeg 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And still this is avoidable by using the correct structure

[–]Visible_Juice_4204 51 points52 points53 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This is still a massive gamble. Lots of kids, and i mean lots of kids have parents who are willing to spend their fortune behind their backs.

And if you live in a woke country, i wouldnt be surprised if the legal system goes after you for "asset spreading."

[–]tsukaimeLoL 21 points22 points23 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And if you live in a woke country, i wouldnt be surprised if the legal system goes after you for "asset spreading."

he should be fine, from what I heard he had this arrangement with his mom from before they got married, although that is mostly rumors at this point

[–]wanderlust_12 92 points93 points94 points 3 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

He had the gold digger protection on. Unfortunately in so called western countries, the judge would have found a way to make him pay half his salary to the ex wife.

[–]chasum_ 51 points52 points53 points 3 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

France is a western country.

[–]wanderlust_12 28 points29 points30 points 3 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Oh for some reason I assumed this happened in Morocco since he is Moroccan.

[–]StrangeElkk 28 points29 points30 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Brother should have married in Morocco. In Moroccan marriage law which follows the Malekite branch of Islam. The wife and the husband have 100 percent financial independence and therefore after divorce, neither of them is entitled to anything unless they have bought some property together then the property gets sold and they get 50 percent each. Also if there are kids involved then the father is obliged to pay child support and that's about it. No alimony or any of that western feminist bullshit. I don't understand why it's even a thing, it's more insulting for the woman because she is considered not competent enough to handle her own finances after divorce.

[–]wanderlust_12 18 points19 points20 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It’s nice to know Morocco is not infested with the systematic misandry virus yet.

[–]StrangeElkk 18 points19 points20 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The infection process has already started as many feminist organizations here are asking for a reform of the marriage law so that the woman can keep the house if a man divorces her. They are completely fucking shameless lol.

questions arise about the motivation behind Hakimi’s choice to keep all his assets under his mother’s name

what questions? it was already answered in the previous paragraph:

The couple began dating in 2018 when Hakimi was only 19 years old, and Abouk was 31.

God, I hate this stupid argument so so much, it infuriates me. Then you have to ask the women "Where was your trust in our marriage when you decided to divorce me?"

[–]freeball_1 19 points20 points21 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

... most marriages do infact fail. Planning for and expecting the most common outcome on any scenario seems pretty reasonable.

[–]TenuousOgre 8 points9 points10 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

“Prenup is for when you get sick, go crazy, and decide to divorce me. In effect it’s just life insurance.”

Prenups are thrown out when they are accused of domestic violence (to win divorce) and child molestation (to win 100% child custody). UK also gives free divorce lawyer to women if the husband is accused of domestic violence.

Today, there are just too many incentives to divorce rich men. I don't know why most rich men are not like this guy. They act so clueless and depressed when they are divorced which surprises me like how come you are a millionaire, a CEO and an investor and yet your life has been ruined by your ex so much that you struggle to see your kids. Rich men can even hire private investigators.

[–]LouisdeRouvroy 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If you get married in France, prenups are mandatory. Either your own or one of the standard ones (common assets, separate assets, or the default, common assets acquired during marriage).

Among the latter, you have "separate properties" to always keep assets separate.

The courts cannot throw them out because they're a legal standard.

[–]ExMuzzy 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

They're not enforceable in some countries like the UK. A judge might accept a prenup if both spouses have similar earnings but there's no set guideline so it's still a gamble.

[–]jr_xo 13 points14 points15 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

UK is a disgrace

[–]ExMuzzy 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I agree. On the bright side there’s no common law although I suspect they might change that since marriage rates are dropping.

Based. We all should learn from this man. Your parents, you come from a regular close knit family with just you and parents, should have your back. I might just buy a house and sign it under my mom’s name and just live there for free. Plus parents will eventually pass and will the property to you anyways.

I'll just put this out there. Prenups can be busted, use a blind trust instead. A blind trust made before the marriage is unbreakable. After marriage? Depends on the state.

What this divorce is to me is what OJ's trial was for black people. Bout time a man turned the tables on a woman and finally won in divorce court. All hail Achraf, the man who beat the system.

It’s almost certainly not true

  1. Marriage is both a religious, social and financial agreement. While this varies in different countries they married in 2020 and the marriage laws of Italy and France (where he was playing and earning would apply to those wages).

  2. The financial side of marriage is extremely precedented and well known, your assets cease to be yours and become jointly owned including your salary (subject to any pre-nuptial agreements but that would be known by both parties).

  3. If he were to transfer his salary and assets to his mother without his wife’s knowledge (as suggested by the reports) then he is technically transferring her money without her permission. He has earned the most of his money at Inter and PSG post 2020 so even if he transferred his assists before his marriage it will probably be a minority.

  4. Any court would not accept this otherwise everyone would do this. There have been multiple cases of people doing this and even after a divorce settlement was agreed, it can be challenged and courts do not look kindly on deceit by a party and often award greater sums against them.

In conclusion, if he actually has done this, it is not smart but likely to cost him more. He has at best deceived his wife showing clear underhandedness and withheld financial knowledge of her assets and at worst illegally transferred her property to a 3rd party without her permission. Any divorce lawyer would tell him he’s been an idiot and any court would not look kindly on this and probably punish him as a result.
