So many cases with female teacher lately. Or maybe it has been always like that and they have been given a free pass with respect to reporting. Still, most of them get out of the situation with a slap on the wrist. This is a great example of how little society cares about men/boys and their well being.

The UK courts appear to be soft on female child sex abusers. Have to wonder if its because many of the jurists have had similar experiences of being abused by women, or abusing children themselves, and are unable or unwilling to comprehend the harm done to boys by sexual predators.

Whatever, this kind of sexist denial of justice reveals an entrenched culture of misandry in the UK legal system, where men and boys are treated differently because of their sex. Don't ever expect to be treated fairly by UK police or UK courts. Never co-operate, always seek legal advice.

This is the real rape culture.

The law already (and rightly so) takes male on female rape seriously. But when women do it... they are excused, or hell if she got pregnant even rewarded with 18 years of child support payments.

Not just jail. In some places they would be calling for his death and/or castration. At the very least, they would be calling for him to be assaulted in jail or subject to any form of police brutality possible too. The disparity is massive.

Well 16 is the age of consent in the UK so I will say that it is not guaranteed that a male teacher in a similar situation would be incarcerated. Providing that all events took place once the student was over 16.

Did I miss something in the article? Don't misunderstand me, 12 months is a slap on the wrist for a crime line this, but it does appear that she did serve "some" jail... Just not nearly enough... Again; unless I missed something..."
