I can't believe I'm writting about this because it's a topic that many people use, but here I go. As a man with Aspergers that is suffering from suicidal ideation everyday, I think suicidal tendencies among young men should be taken more seriously. Goverments don't take it as a particular issue, a male related issue. I think men don't kill themselves more often because of external factors, at least not only that. There must biological reasons too. I bet male brains are more prone to develope suicidal ideation. Such mental disorders like psychosis, autism and addictions appear more in men than it do to women.

Why there's no enough research about this? I'm talking seriously, the root of male suicidality can be on our brains, on our biological factors, there is evidence of that, and nobody cares...

There should be male suicide awareness to the point young adults recongize suicidal ideation in men's behavior. We need to save more lives.

In most of movies about suicidal tendencies in young people, it seems like females are major victims. At least that's my impression, females are usually more suicidal in movies and that's a typical plot for telefilms and dramas in general, while male protagonist appear to be stoic and always caring about others. That's not accurate and it demonizes men with suicidal tendencies.

I love you all, all men with suicidal tendencies deserve to be loved. Please don't give it up. You rock!!!
