I mean, I am a bit of a manlet (5'6") that isn't bulky in appearance and I shave my face a lot, giving that illusion of appearing a few years younger. My voice isn't very deep either and I think clothing style can have a part too although it can go either way for me depending on what I wear. My hair is cut short at the moment, making it look like I'm at a NW2 on the Norwood scale, which is said to be a sign of aging especially when young.
