Right now all my kids live with me and my stbxw only visits the kids when it is convenient for her maybe once a week at most. However, I would rather she not come by the house to visit the children, especially after the divorce is settled. If I remarry my future spouse and I won't want my ex visiting. I'll have to admit though, It's been a real treat not living with her anymore and seeing her less and less has been helpful.

Apparently, she is moving about 3 hours away from where I and the kids live. What will this move do to her custody? I anticipate that it benefits me who wants primary custody. I also believe that it's really going to piss her off that she'll have to pay child support. Is it possible for her to abandon the children and give up legal custody too? She is lazy and has always done the bare minimum in all that she does.

Things seem to be going quite well for me and the kids. I'm just trying to gauge my expectations.
