Mandatory Pre-Nups wouldn't last. Of course the wife will have a reason to get support, at least in the court's eyes.

50/50 would get taken away as soon as the wife makes the, now obligatory, accusations of the father being unfit.

Stop getting married. Stop common law marriage. Require prenups for every marriage. Impose a huge fine for infidelity. If it's a contract, then treat it like a contract, especially if one person breaches.

Just go back to recognizing separate property based on control of asset, i.e. if a bank account is in your name its separate property. No alimony or CS if wife earns more than poverty limit
