Hi all

Trying to go through the separation process - and we are using a mediator. However, on Thursday her legal team stepped in (her family who are all lawyers) and said they are coming with a proposal.

I am not surprised per se - just fucking angry and disappointed. As I gave her whatever she wanted. I’m not too worried about the demands as we are married outside of community without accrual. But… hurt. Angry. Sad. Plus I saw the mail 1’ before a big meeting I had with my team.

We’ve got 2 cats and no kids and only married 2 years.

And that made me realise the intense stuff a lot of you are going through- kids, plus 10 years marriage, and more intense life shattering aspects. My respect to all of you - and obviously my fingers crossed for all of you as well.

For me, I just wish the papers to go through now - or to rather start the process (she wanted the divorce).

Anyway. Just wanted to rant.
