I am referring to the following social theory:

The aforementioned social theory comes up plenty of times in "Feminist" discussions, supposedly claiming that sexualisation harms women as a class and leads them to engage in substance abuse and other assorted ills(even though according to the relevant scientific studies, men are twice more likely to engage in substance and alcohol abuse, not to mention they have three times the suicide rate of women).

What is your personal opinion in regards to said social theory?
