If you know you are someone who is unlikely to compete well, would you avoid certain places. Bars and clubs for example where its basically just looks and body size that matters the most. Where women are unlikely to want to meet someone of your physical profile. Would you still go to them? Beach or pool parties where you are unlikely to compete, would you still go to them, particularly if its just for dating purposes.

I know the whole confidence talk. But there is also just brutal reality. Just as an overweight woman might not want to go to a bikini party, is there a case to be made for men being smart about where they should go?
