When dealing with groups of women, you are usually going to find the hot one being protected by the huge (sorry ladies) friend. It's almost a stereotype. She is the "mother hen"

First of all, your aim here IS NOT to pick the hot one out of the group and talk to her. That's a quick way for the mother hen to come along and get in your face and drag her away. Your aim is to seduce ALL OF THEM. Does anyone in the back of the class want to raise their hand and tell me why this is so much superior than trying to pick up one woman? Anyone?

When you talk to them, you address all of them. Then you talk to them like they are a single entity. If your seduction patterns are effetive, you will have the net effect of getting them all hot and heavy simultaneously. Who knows? You might get around to doing all of them at some point - and if you've fully embraced being a manwhore - you might just fake an orgasm for the less attractive one if she's just not doing it for you.

Just as an aside: the reason why the mother hen is with the hottie, is so she can leech some of the attention that she's getting. So don't disappoint.

As a woman the best advice I can give you is to be genuine. Some of the other comments seem to suggest you should be intentionally aloof or hit on her “ugly” friend to get her jealous but I can assure ( speaking only from my own experience) this won’t work. When I go to bars and clubs with my friends, if they hit on my friend I won’t go near them. And If they’re being indirect how could I know they’re interested? Playing games won’t help you in these situations. Offering a sincere compliment, especially one that allows you to start a conversation is a better idea. “ I like your necklace, where did you get it?” Could say the same for tattoos or anything. Just avoid making it too sexual too soon, it can make you seem creepy and she will probably try to get away as quickly as possible. If you’re the kind of guy that is ok with buying girls drinks then ask her what she wants and go from there, but don’t feel obligated. A woman worth speaking to won’t expect a drink in return for her time. Last thing, don’t linger too much unless she’s actively engaged in a conversation with you. Even if she is interested she may want to spend time with her friends. Offer a drink, ask for her number and then tell her to have a good evening and give her space. Unless of course like I said she’s super into the conversation, then don’t walk away!

If you're not confident in your looks.. don't. They will sense your insecurity. Start w ugly chicks and work your way up. Once you've got a bunch of uglies drooling over you, your confidence will go up and you will naturally seek out more attractive partners. Then if you fail you have a safety net of butterfaces to fall back on. Use them to work on your stroke game while you're at it.

Also never tell a hot chick she's attractive, you are now the same as every other guy.
