You have to change your mindset. The healthy way to approach it mentally is that hard to get = hard to want. It should be a turn-off to you that a woman isn’t digging your vibe, and that it’s a sign to keep it moving. Besides, if a woman isn’t being receptive, it’s because she wants you to talk less, not more. More texts make you more annoying to her, and it’s just going to make her dislike you. And if she truly was just “playing hard to get” and you follow this advice, she’s going to go “whoa, that didn’t work. He’s got his own life and isn’t desperate for whether I text back or not” and she’ll reach back out to you. Trust me.

Women are not "hard to get", evidenced by the fact that sex happens either very quickly or not at all. Anyone who has waited an excessive period of time or made an extreme effort before finally having sex with their object of desire - if it has even happened at all - probably hasn't realized that their partner been fucking someone else in the interim.

They either just don't want you, or are not in the mood.

You asked “are you still down for it” which is like one of the worst things you can text a girl, as that just shows so much insecurity and it’s so needy.

Big turn off, and can make a girl who was interested still even if she was not replying, into not being interested anymore.

Never ask a question like that again to any girl again no matter how uninterested she seems to be and no matter the context.

Women are always evaluating you to see if you are confident, to see if you have more options apart from her and to see if you are the real deal or putting a facade, because women know men try to position themselves as better than they are to get women and they need to make sure they don’t go out with weak men pretending to be cooler than they are.

also you shouldn't chase her...she is low interest. If she didn't answer you on the same day you shouldn't reward her for that by giving her attention, that is low value. If she texts you then she will have to explain to you why she didn't answer that day.
