It’s the easiest thing. Guys are very compliment deprived(well most of us) if you walk up and just say something nice we’re going to say thank you and if you follow that up with a question of any sorts you’ve already got one foot through the door and have started a conversation. From that point on you can go anywhere but if you want it to be quick and concise, you can say that you have to go but that you would like to meet up again sometime and that’s when you can hand him whatever form of communication you prefer, number, snap, IG, facebook,etc;

I was out yesterday and I saw a very sexual and open woman next to me. She got close to us, started dancing very freely, giving this one dude attention and eye contact. She kept doing that until he got closer, then she made the move, they left the club together very quickly, had sex and got back.

I am a 22 year old guy, currently dating a girl and I'll tell how she got my attention and how she keeps mine:

She is a real fan of active listening. People can listen to what you say, but do they remember what you tell them? My date does. She remembers things we talked about in detail. She looks me in the eyes, smiles a lot, she jokes about things she says ans things I say.

She doesn't really flirt with me, or not to my knowledge. She likes me and I like her. This method caught me by surprise, so simple yet so effective. It takes a longer time ofcourse, but is a bit safer in that way.

In my experience, if a girl takes the lead in meeting up is always nice. Makes things as a guy so much easier. Being spontaneous as a girl helps as well.

The smaller things are equally important, like saying his name when you go, or in the middle of a conversation when you have a question.

It may seem a cliché, but us men are more straightforward than women.

Just talk to him, give a sincere compliment if you want to, have a nice time and if he seems to not like the interaction just say something like "it was fun talking to you, I have to go now, see ya!"

Smile, be friendly, listen carefully, stay close to each other, be relaxed, expose your feminine behaviour and body features. You just need to pretty much reduce the stress and barriers on the guy to hit you up, you can also lead an interaction but not too much. I am sure I was answering pretty similar question here recently.

As a guy id say give him obvious signs you are into him that’ll make him want to approach you, such as purposely getting caught staring at him and looking away, smiling at him, etc.

Men are dumb. We either think every woman in the world is coming on to us, or no woman in the world is interested in us. Put aside the cutesies and just approach because subtlety is very often lost on us. Few things are more sexy for a guy than being chosen.

Girl, it's simple. Put effort into your appearance. I recommend dressing sexy, but classy at the same time.

Eye contact. Smile.

Be direct and compliment him. If he is a complete stranger tell him you think he's attractive. If he responds positively ask him his name. From there you have a few different questions you can ask depending on the situation: 1. Can I give you my number? 2. Want to go for coffee sometime? 3. I'm going to this event later. Want to come with me?

If the guy rejects you for whatever reason (say, he isn't single, you aren't his type, or he's gay for example) take it graciously: 1. Your girlfriend/wife/partner is a very lucky lady/man/person! 2. That's okay. Thank you for making my day a little sexier.

Honestly, sometimes direct eye contact and a smile is all it takes, but I also think guys appreciate initiative.

Come to us. Introduce yourself. We respond. If there is a similar interest related activity then please ask if you can join. Almost 99% men will say yes. During activity touch our shoulder, hands and we get the hint. Your job is done. You get asked out the next day.

Important advice: you have to be OK with being rejected. The stereotype of all men are desperate and will take anyone is not true. Great people have options and someone you deserve will eventually pick you, but the first guy you ask out probably won't. I'm a woman who approached (not any more, I got one long term now) and I have had a lot of success approaching. It is 100% worth while.

Personally, I think it's the easiest to give out my number or ask them out the second or third time seeing them. Then you will have talked a few times and you can ask them to do something else. Like if I meet a guy rock climbing I'd ask him if he's done any good hikes recently. If he says yes I'd say "would you show me some time?".
